September Book Club
So when and where are we meeting next? Since not many of us could make it in August, we thought about just discussing the same book - The Alchemist - in September. What do you think? Not everyone had a chance to finish it anyway so we did not even discuss it!
Melissa suggested a place where they give you a percentage off your dinner bill if you meet there for book club. Where was that again, Melissa? Hub City something? I say we try that out! And everyone just say a day of the week and time that works best for them. Any day is fine with me, just 6:30ish if a weekday.

Thursdays aren't the best for me, since my spouse works from 6-9pm. That makes for a very long day for my parents to watch Ethan. Monday or Wednesdays are probably my best days. I do have a class I am teaching on M, T, Th from September 27 to October 19. What's everyone else got on the plate?

Join us in September for treats and discussion at Hub City Bookshop and the coffee shop next door. We are reading The Alchemist. Yes, the same book as last month since a lot of us did not have a chance to finish the book or make it to book club! Hope to see you there!
