Well, clearly I'm not a mom myself . . . but I'm married to one. And one of my daughters is a now mom, too. So I hope that qualifies me for helping to create this new site for Spartanburg Moms.

Hi Tom. I have had difficulty adding new discussions or blogs. Currently it is only letting me enter a title, but no text or photos or links. Anyone else have this issue recently? I can reply to other threads but not create my own.

Megan, I'm glad you figured out Tom is the person to ask technical questions! I had this same problem last night. I thought it was my computer. I switched to rich text, then back to HTML on the tabs above the discussion box. Then my curser would go to the discussion box to add text. That is what worked for me. I'm sure Tom can take a look at an easier fix though!

thanks Katie! I hope my request didn't come across as rude, only that I was in a rush and couldn't think of another way to get my problem solved! Tom has done a great job creating the site and you are a wonderful moderator.

Of course you did not come across as rude, silly! We have to know this stuff and you could never be rude! Try to post a discussion with my instructions and see if that works. And I'll send Tom an email to make sure he sees this. :-)

I'll keep an eye on this and see if I can determine what was causing it . . . Sorry for the problems. We seem to still be working out some kinks . . .
