Free plastic surgery for teachers in NY?

I want to know what you think! A lot of tax payers in that area are extremely upset by this, and it's easy to see why. Not that I'm against plastic surgery, or even benefits like this for teachers, but 100 percent coverage? Wow! What do you think?
